The Tai-Huei Standard (B) Series stands as the most iconic and widely deployed core control component across the global hydraulics industry. Engineered strictly in accordance with international ISO standard mounting dimensions, this series offers seamless interchangeability and universal compatibility with existing mainstream industrial configurations worldwide.

Building upon a time-tested mechanical foundation, the Standard (B) Series features an optimized internal architecture designed for maximum reliability, cost efficiency, and simplified maintenance. By eliminating redundant complexities, it focuses purely on delivering stable pressure regulation and precise directional fluid control. It is the definitive performance choice for general-purpose industrial machinery and hydraulic systems that demand both budgetary efficiency and uncompromising, heavy-duty quality.

Key Applications

  • CNC Machine Tools & Metalworking Machinery
  • Plastic Injection Molding Machines & Forming Equipment
  • Automated Assembly Lines & Conveyor Systems
  • Hydraulic Baling Presses & Compaction Equipment
  • Hydraulic Power Units (HPUs) & Custom Fluid Power Stations
  • Standard General-Purpose Industrial Hydraulic Circuits & Light Industrial Machinery

During high-speed switching in a hydraulic system, instantaneous changes in fluid direction often trigger violent hydraulic shocks (commonly known as the oil hammer effect). This phenomenon not only generates piercing operational noise but, over time, accelerates pipeline degradation and compromises the fatigue life of the overall mechanical structure.

The Tai-Huei Shock-Cushioned (S) Series is engineered specifically for applications demanding "ultimate smoothness and near-silent" directional reversals. This series incorporates a unique, proprietary buffered relief channel design at both ends of the valve spool. By effectively extending the transient switching window, it dampens and transforms sharp peak pressure spikes into a smooth, progressive transition. It perfectly eliminates shifting-induced impact and vibration, providing the gentlest and safest fluid control for your hydraulic circuit.

Key Applications

  • Rotary Indexing Tables & Workpiece Overturning Mechanisms
  • Heavy-Duty Hydraulic Cylinder Controls subject to high inertia
  • Precision Machine Tools & High-Accuracy Mother Machines
  • Automated Robotic Manipulators & Material Handling Systems
  • High-Precision Hydraulic Systems with stringent decibel (noise) and vibration constraints

Operational Guidelines

  • Coil Availability Limitations: Shockless solenoid valves are exclusively available with DC or RF type coils. AC type coils are not supported or provided for this series.
  • Component Non-Interchangeability: The armature/solenoid tube of the shockless model is uniquely configured and cannot be interchanged with standard (general) type models.
  • Rectifier Connector Requirement: RFN type coils must be paired with the designated RF-specific electrical connector. Failure to use the correct connector will negate the rectification effect, potentially causing faulty startup or permanent coil burnout.
